Mozambique Church Locations
Mozambique is one of the poorest countries in the world but has enjoyed peace after 30 years of civil war which ended in 1992. Recently the country has seen incredible growth in the Church after years of harsh persecution under the Marxist-oriented regime which led to the Christian faith spreading rapidly and actually tripling from 1985 to 2010.
People from all faith backgrounds and regions in Mozambique are hungry to hear more about the Lord. What was once an unevangelized nation has seen a surge in numbers of those who are committing their lives to Jesus Christ which has allowed the church to grow and flourish in recent years.
Pastor Wanyema Robert is a Humura Mission Agency representative and church-planting pastor in Mozambique. He has planted 14 churches throughout his ministry career.
